THE
POPULATION OF HELL

“Not
everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom
of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in
heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name and in thy name have cast out devils? And in
thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto
them, I never knew you; depart from me, ye that work iniquity”
(Matt. 7:21-23). “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven
against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the
truth in unrighteous…Being filled with all unrighteousness,
Fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy,
murder, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers, Backbiters, haters of
God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things,
disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers,
without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the
judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of
death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them” (Rom. 1:18,
29-32). “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, depart
from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and
his angels… and these shall go away into everlasting punishment…”
(Matt. 25:41-46).
Hell is a
place…
- Where there is unquenchable fire (Matt. 3:12)
- Where there is black darkness (Jude 13).
- Where there is a furnace of fire (Matt. 13:42;50)
- Where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth (Matt. 13:42;50)
- Where there is fire and brimstone (Luke 17:29;13) other places)
- Where the smoke of their torment rises (Rev. 14:11)
- That last forever (Jude 13)
- Prepared for the devil and his angels (Matrt.254:41)
